We do not accept cash payments, only card payments or bank transfers. This makes the payment process easier and safer. Once you book your service your card will be charged at the end of the service.

I have a large dog can I still book these services?

Select that you have a pet at home when booking and we will send you a pet-friendly cleaner. We recommend keeping your pet in a separate area so that our professionals can carry out the service efficiently.

No one will be home how will they access my property?

If you won't be home, you can let us know how to access your property when booking. Just a heads up, we don't recommend giving our cleaners a spare key as the agency is not responsible if any issues arise.

I need to cancel/change my booking?

You can cancel or change your booking without any fees up to 24 hours of service start time. However you might get a different cleaner depending on their schedule and availability.
